Social Media Profile:
I was born and brought up in Mumbai. I started studying in Airport high school, I was a sincere student in a school where I used to keep myself engrossed in studies, do cycling, play games and I was kinda weak in maths although it was my favorite subject and my elder sister used to teach me maths for 3 hours where I made it a point to score the highest marks in this subject.
Cricket and badminton were my favorite game since childhood. I never failed to participate in annual gatherings, relay, and kabaddi sports in school. I went through a severe disease when I was in 10 grade and I was a lot worried about my board exams, without losing self-confidence I went on studying and I was fully prepared to appear my board exams. I passed out with a good percentage and then I got admission in Bagarka college for syjc,
I still remember it was my first day of college and I was half an hour late to attend my first lecture where I was made to stand out of the class. It was my practical day where I got a chance to experiment with chemicals, it was so much fun to experience college life. I participated in cricket, kept practicing these sports for almost 6 hours daily and badminton for 2 hours where I bagged the first prize for my college. I got a gold medal with a sports certificate by the college Committee and my parents were too proud of me because I was good at both sports and studies.
I took a drop for sports because I had my board exams and couldn’t make time for sports so I had to take a break from this, finally, I passed out with a very good percentage and my parents gifted me a bike.
I got an Android phone after finishing HSC for myself with my own earnings and thus made me feel proud of my own self from inside.
I started getting up early morning at 4 am sharp and started practicing each subject for at least 2 hours where I used to understand and write instead of mugging up the portion. I continued with the science stream for higher studies.
I am a mixture of many different emotions, I used to laugh, feel shy at times while talking to my friends but never forget to smile. I signed up for my Instagram account when I was in 10 grade, I made a lot of changes in life including taking control of my finances, becoming healthier, and losing weight.
I saw people into this profession “blogging” where they put up so many different and creative content, engage with their audience so first I thought of understanding this profession and stepping into this someday soon. Be okay with having your first year as your learning year and getting to know your audience and before you start, find a network of other bloggers, businesses, or people in your niche (either online or in real life) to help inspire and support you. I got many positive responses for writing blogs which gave me more support in building my career.
I started blogging since June 2018, my genre was fashion and lifestyle where I started writing blogs on blog spot and later on word press. I started early morning photoshoots and let me tell you I am not a morning person, I am someone who sleeps by 6 am and gets up at 3 pm but I had to become morning riser for my profession, I used to grab a coffee while leaving from home and travel for hours just to find a perfect location for the shoot, we faced a lot of difficulties while shooting on streets where I had to change in public toilets and I had to make my self comfortable with this then I started approaching brands for collaboration and events.
I kept enjoying my journey and this is where I learned to communicate and improve my communication skills. This is just like living a different life where you shoot, eat, travel, collab, dress up, and attend events. I had to struggle a lot in this profession and finally purchased my own DSLR on 24 June 2019, this journey was challenging for me but wasn’t tiring at all as I enjoy my work a lot. Now I have become more productive in creating content for my audience, I keep engaging with them once in a week on Instagram because I am mostly active on this platform. I have collaborated with more than 100 brands like Aeropostale, Daniel wellington, Riofizzy Wine, Cadbury, Manyavar, Puma, Viviana mall.
One fine day I got an invite from one of my favorite brand Puma where they asked me to shoot and promote their store, I pinched my self twice because this was unbelievable like such a huge brand asking me for collaboration. I went up for the shoot and this legit took 7 hours of immense hard work, but it was worth shooting and working with such a big brand.
I have also work for 4 real estate properties namely as Piramal realty, Raheja Universal, KD hotels,
and montanavue villa’s, here I got a chance to experience various luxury properties and shoot. I went for my first trip to Lonavala on a bike, this was a lot of fun and adventurous for me and my second trip was to goa that too on a bike. I love traveling long distances on the bike because why not and here I got to stay for pretty 3 days where I got a chance to roam and experience different places in Goa. I went to see Calangute beach, experienced different water sports like kneeboarding, kite surfing, snorkeling, parasailing & paragliding, diving, kayaking, and many more and it was the best trip ever.
Over a period of time, I started food blogging where I got many food blogging invites for cafes, restaurants, and dhabas, and I had gained a lot of weight during this period but this made me feel content that people are recognizing my work and sending invites for openings and meetings.
I was called up for an event named MPOC where I got a chance to meet the honorable minister of primary industries, Malaysia-Teresa Kok Suh Sim agrees she shared her knowledge about palm oil. This was an all-new experience for me, I was all dressed up as Ranveer Singh in the Bollywood movie Gully Boy, I got an opportunity to speak few words about me and also got a chance to talk and understand more about blogging.
I was also a part of Bombay times fashion week where I got a chance to meet Mr. Vivek Oberoi (Bollywood actor) and many fellow bloggers and this was an initiative taken by the Thane cops and Vivian mall to spread awareness about harassment.
As I grew I also got so many hate DM’s for my blogging and getting success at such a young age, I chose this profession because it defines who I am and many think that I get stuff for free, no that’s not at all the story, I also have to see my traveling expenses. At times I skip my breakfast as I have to rush for the morning shoot and also skip my meal because of college. All I would like to say that ‘Never judge a book by its cover”, be positive and do what you love and makes you the happiest. For me blogging gives me happiness and joy, I am enjoying my profession and this has made me a better and productive person now.
Nothing comes handy until and unless you make it a point to struggle and achieve.
After so much hustle and bustle, I also got into portfolio and magazine shoots where I had to travel all the way from my home to the studio and then come back home with a tired face and this was a 4-hour journey but work doesn’t stop. I used to grab a bowl of fruits and sit in front of my laptop because I had to edit my pictures and video content for my audience. I sleep for 3 hours and again the same schedule for the next day and now I have got into full-time blogging and now it takes more effort and struggles in creating content just to stand out from the crowd.
I have also turned my storeroom into a small studio where I shoot because you can’t go out and shoot during the rainy season.
I got a lot of support from my audience and family and today whatever I am is just because of my parents and their blessings. and also thank GOD for having such a beautiful life.
My parents, colleagues, and relatives feel so proud of me because I always wanted to do something at a very young age and after struggling so much I finally got into blogging and now people call me a blogger, this makes me happy.
